Bopsy is run by Content First Pty Limited, trading as Elevaite AI, in Brisbane, Queensland ("we", "us"). This page covers how we handle personal information on bopsy.ai. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up and no advertising trackers. We only get personal information from you if you choose to send it, for example through our contact form or by email. That usually means your name, email address, business name, phone number and whatever you tell us about your business.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and talk about what an agent could do for your business
• To send you a proposal or set up work you ask for
• To keep the website running and secure

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you wouldn't expect from the reason you contacted us.

Who we share it with

When you send our contact form, your details go into our customer system, GoHighLevel, so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. We also use service providers such as Google Workspace for email and Cloudflare for hosting. Some of them store data outside Australia. We only share what they need to provide their service.

Your business data

If you become a client, the data your agents work with is covered by our agreement with you.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bopsy.ai. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a privacy matter, tell us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
