These terms cover your use of bopsy.ai. The site is run by Content First Pty Limited, trading as Elevaite AI, in Brisbane, Queensland ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

What's on this site

The site explains what Bopsy agents do. The examples, scenarios and screens show how agents can work. They are illustrations, not promises about any particular result for your business. Which features and apps apply to you, and what they cost, is set out in a written proposal before any work starts.

Our work for clients

Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Names and logos

The Bopsy name, logo and crew characters belong to us. Other product names and logos on this site belong to their owners and are shown to identify apps our agents can work with. Showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse Bopsy.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
